MediMobile has been more than amazing for my practice. Their mobile charge capture is so convenient and my doctors love it. Their team is incredibly fast and efficient for anything we need. They’ve transformed my practice
Please fix and update the app
This is ridiculous the app so old and crashes all the time .. UPDATE AND FIX IT PLEASE !! Learn from other similar apps written by doctors

Really wants access to all your contacts
When I denied it access to my contacts, it continues to prompt for access every time I open the app.... nagware.
Worst program for billing
What a mess. Constantly crashes. Takes less time to maneuver the rovers on mars than to load your patient list. I’m curious why anyone would choose this platform.
Can’t change hospital!
I starting working in a different hospital a year ago and I haven’t been able to access my new hospital yet from this app. It still shows my old hospital. :-(

Faster billing
We were able to have our codes customized for our practice use. This helps us work more efficiently and has removed our previous slow paper work. The dashboard gives an easy understanding overview of what is missing to keep us on track.
Poor program
Worst billing program ever from a physician point of view. App is terrible and has to completely update patient list between each click. Base program on cpu not much better. Why my employer purchased this without input is beyond me. Not at all user friendly and ancillary staff unable to input patients. Would give it zero stars if that was an option.

Stay away
I usually don't write reviews but this product is so bad that it deserves special attention. I never got to use any of the features because I never got past the startup screen and patient list. It takes I do not know how long to load the database. My phone gets hot and drains 2 precent every min. I use the online version for billing etc. Suffice to say I will never use it again

Has a few problems
*my last review of this product. Finally get to delete. Company moving to another product. This was always a frustrating product. Always had to run in foreground. Every update had to be a full update. Would frequently crash. Phone calls during an update messes it up.
Really poor ergonomics.
Needs a new programming team.
**Newest update is now slower and harder to use. Program pops up with menus that get in the way on a mobile device. There is a button labeled "dismiss" that should say "save" instead. Poor ergonomics and frustrating to use. Still won't run in the background, so closing the program during downloads crashes the download. Still asks for access to contacts list for no known reason.

I don't know why the app can't allow you to take a phone call or check a text while it uploads.
Second complaint is that it wants access to my contacts and reminds me every time I log in that I haven't granted this. Not sure why this app needs my personal list of phone numbers.

Good, could be better
slow response from developers and design team to implement suggestions/ make changes. No-frills program but does its intended job
Solid product
Definitely has been a step up for ease of billing. My one caveat is that there is no in-line search mechanism such that as I type in diagnoses it would be faster to start pulling up possible diagnoses with each letter with my most used diagnoses hitting first. As is you have to have the whole word and if you make a spelling error the search fails. Quite frankly that caveat is simply a reminder of how spoiled I am with google searches and is pretty minor. Next update? Still 5 stars.

Bout Time
I have used other so called mobile charge capture solutions. MediMobile has hit this market out of the park. I sync when I'm done with my rounds and at that time my billing for the day is done. Customer support is very impressive. This company, this app has made me more money and saved me a lot of time. Well Done!!!

Loves this app! The sync function is extremely fast. The customization of the product puts it heads above the competition. The support staff really took care of setting up our group. I recommend this app to any MD that rounds or works off site.
