Horrific App
Absolute rubbish - never receive verification codes to log in - never remembers login details - impossible to use - have installed and deleted many times and no change in app usability (or UNusuability) ZERO Stars really

The app never has a doctor available anymore
No online consults - has not worked for months
Online consults (talk with a doctor via the app) has not worked in 4 months, despite reaching out to the app team
When clicking ‘consult now’ it displays error ‘Medinet is unable to do consults’

I love the idea but can not sign up, every time I’ve tried, when it gets to inputting my birthday it only give me the days as an option…

Great experience
When it’s late on a Saturday night during Covid, going to the hospital is not necessary but your own dr doesn’t open until Monday …. This service was AWESOME.

Dodgy
I’m not sure this app has real doctors working. Invoices don’t have provider numbers and I was charged unfairly and have never heard back from customer service. Would not recommend!
Online Dr will refer you to go see real Dr in person
The online Dr will have a 2 min text discussion and then refer you to go see a Dr in person. This is a money making scam!!

The doctor refuses video chat because her “internet is poor”. They used to send the prescriptions to the pharmacy now they don’t. They used to accept Medicare now they don’t. You don’t even get a receipt. Ridiculous!
Misleading
They make out like it’s free and get you to go through the whole process of registering, entering all your details etc, and then even putting in symptoms and the issue you’re having, only to be hit with the final screen of which doctor you want to speak to and how much it costs... what? What was the point of me entering my Medicare details then.. total bs

Used to work, now is just fails all the time.
For some reason, everything I try to do on this app just failed, and an annoying alert shows up saying “Failed to create”. Create what? It doesn’t even make sense, it just annoying.
Bad doctors.
Worst consultation ever. The so called ‘doctors’ are worse than a chatbot. Got charged $40 for a 90 seconds conversation. Charged me twice simply because I need to go back and ask a question out of desperation. Do not send prescription to chemist warehouse group, and will only process prescription between 7 am to 10 pm.
Avoid this app at all cost. If you are desperate, go to the emergency room or see a real doctor face to face.

Waste of money
Absolutely terrible. Paid $38 for a completely useless 30 second consult. Feel absolutely ripped off and angry. Don’t waste your money.
