Does not keep up with iPhone updates so it freezes and won’t allow access at all to the log in screen. Just kicks you out. Very frustrating
No longer works
Not compatible with iOS 18. They need to update their app. I have put in multiple complaints over the past several months to no avail.
Stopped working with IOS 18
My phone updated to IOS 18 and now the app doesn’t work. Please update the app, this is ridiculous and unacceptable. How can we run a practice if we can’t access the data?

This app doesn’t work at all on phones using iOS 18 or on the new 2024 iPhones.

The worst app ever!!
This app is terrible. Constantly freezes on me , hard to read dx categories. Most of the time the charges I submit don’t go through and it delays me getting g paid. I’m leaving group practice b/c I can’t stand that I have to use this Medisoft product.
Great free app
Great free feature in Medisoft to be able to see schedule, add appointments, bill charges, see diagnosis and benefits.

Last update was a disaster! Now nothing in the app displays correctly.
Crash
80% of the time when I try to access this app it freezes and won’t allow me to go to the login screen. Low grade visuals as well. It would be better if the calendar was in a more palatable format. More like the desktop version.
Poor
App works through iOS at time of development but medisoft doesn’t keep up with updates. Must pay thousands to upgrade your patient accounting software to continue using the app
Annoying security
App version 22 is working well, but the site api key and code change constantly. Security should not be relied upon with api key and code but strong username and password. There must be an option not to generate new api key and code every day.
Medisoft 20
Downloaded ver 20 and was happy with it until updated iOS on my iPad. As soon as the update of 9.0.2 was completed the medisoft ver 20 app for iPad refuses to open. App is completely worthless to myself and my employees using this
