You can't really make appointments, and the updates don't happen, unless you speak to your doctor first hand, it's difficult to use, but it has improved slightly from before, till needs work

Lacking
I submitted blood for liver function tests. This app displayed results for only 2 of the 15 exams. I had to go to the lab and ask them if they had run it and get the official copy which was complete. Not ready for prime time
No response to requests for appointment
I am not receiving any response to requests for an appointment with my PCP submitted online, despite 3 attempts.
