Great Start; Still Supported?

I love the idea behind this app. I love many things about the app and the methodology behind the meditations. I went through the seven day free offering and seem stuck because I’m unable to create an account - it asks me to very I’m a human yet I see no captcha.

Also, I’ve reached out to their support channels multiple times and have not gotten a response in 2 weeks. I’m looking around and not seeing any signs of development in years. Hoping I’m wrong, yet it looks like there’s nothing happening with this app anymore, which would be sad.
