Невозможно войти

Один раз ввела неверный номер телефона при входе и все! Теперь каждый раз ошибка о превышении количества запросов - и по корректному номеру, и по почте. Пробовала и восстановление, и регистрацию. Что за бред? Мне теперь нельзя к врачу записаться?!!!!
