MeeBoss has completely changed how I think about job hunting. The direct chat feature cuts out so much wasted time, no more waiting weeks to hear back or guessing if anyone even saw your application. The matching is genuinely smart and relevant, and the whole interface feels clean and intuitive. Highly recommend if you want a faster, more human way to connect with the right people. 5 stars!

Confusing Experience
Their app matches me with jobs that I can’t do, and then the in person event has not enough food, bad food (like cheese that made me gag), it was so hard to get in cause alll the doors were locked, and then the one company that I wanted to interview with didn’t even show up. And you need to download the app just to get in. It’s just kinda chaotic. Not really a nice experience. And my headshot came out terribly cause the photographer doesn’t even say anything to make you smile. Lots of missed opportunities here. But I’ll give them at least one more try and then maybe change my rating.

Great complement to the job hunt.
Smooth and easy to use. Focused on more technical roles. I’m a big fan of taking a more casual, incremental approach to job hunting. MeeBoss is a great tool to complement what you’re already doing on Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
I don’t love that AI suggests text in my introductions. Although it’s mostly for more technical roles, I have found some non-technical roles as well.

Pretty good, QR code for event worked well, enjoy the chat first hiring idea

The app shows jobs in locations outside of the locations I specified even though I unchecked the slider saying I’m open to relocation. Either don’t ask if the candidate is open to relocation or filter the jobs by default according to the cities the candidate specified unless they are open to relocation.

Useless
Looking for a platform like LinkedIn or Indeed but significantly worse? Then MeeBoss is perfect for you. If you’re currently using this app search for cross postings on one of the big platforms and apply there - employers are Much more likely to respond. A wholly useless app with no redeeming qualities, should be renamed MeeLoss(of time spent reaching out to employers who forget the app exists because it’s so utterly useless)
