Never works
Can you hire someone to make an app that will actually process a transaction? 9/10 times we try to order via the app, we get some sort of error like credit card payment failed. Declined as sale count per IP address is greater than configured amount. So frustrating
E-mail verification link doesn’t work
To sign up, you need to follow a link sent to email. That link doesn’t work. After inputting information multiple times, I got my order in. But no email receipt. No way to look at order once you navigate away from the order page since I wasn’t logged in. Because I can’t verify through email!!
Horrible app experience
The order took multiple times to get through. And when it finally got through, I got an email stating the value couldn’t reload.

The restaurant is great, but you can tell they hired a low tier app developer who doesn’t know how to test apps before launching. Tried multiple times to use it but it gets stuck in email verification screen. Sucks because now they have my personal information

Not able to select a store even after I opened up location access. App barely lets you do anything except see promotions.

There are a lot of errors during ordering. The support line in the app does not work or there might not be real people to help with issues.

I love Meet Fresh but the app never to be heavily inspected. For the last several months I am not able to order through the app. It’s very frustrating. Please fix it.
No option for dine in
There is not enough kiosk and staff in the store, and there is no dine in option when ordering by the app.

Can’t do anything. Can’t register (email activation just looped). Can’t work as guest (stayed at Home Screen) not sure how other people use it and be happy about it. I am disappointed.

This is the worse app/rewards program. You have to baby sit to see if you get your points. You can scan all you want, but the problems is the system doesn’t recognize that you get points!! If you forget to scan, you cannot request points even though there is a giant button for it.
Buggy checkout
When you checkout and do a custom tip you can’t checkout because the keyboard doesn’t close when you add a tip. UI isn’t clear and lowkey might be faster to just wait in line. No Apple Pay have to inset credit card normally.
Poor guest checkout experience
Two things that are annoying. 1. Doesn’t take Apple Pay
2. Guest checkout doesn’t save the order on the app and I also don’t receive any confirmation about order even when I provided phone number

Can’t use Apple Pay, very inconvenient, screen frozen within 2min use. Get a better app developer
