The game has not loaded for the second day now without anyone answering to the messages for help.
The app believes they are a “Real” gaming sight and treats you like they are doing you a favor. HERE, the CUSTOMER is never right, and that was an important lesson my family instilled on me as I was growing up. Once you become a paying customer you are branded as one of their regular buyers. I am, with much struggle not a regular payer anymore, every month I cut back from buying. I pay to play, and in the real world I’ve always been lucky, especially playing slots. I can practically guarantee you every time I buy here, I don’t win with my purchase, I win when I lose the chips purchased and then I get my rebate gift for buying, and I win on their gift, but it never lasts and my bank has never grown very much.
They do not treat their players equally, everyone there should be treated with the same rules, and treated with respect, AND since this is a phony gaming app, quit acting like we are winning and cashing in money for the phony chips. It’s all fake but the PLAYERS MONEY! Beware, do not start paying, you will never build a bank and all your wins will be short lived.
This started out with a Big Bang, but ended with a dud! DO NOT a RISK PURCHASING!!
Get rid of YOUR HOUSE PLAYERS!! Cindy stacks her house players with huge banks she’s always replacing, and believe me any computer app can be fixed to win for someone or lose for someone. I’m a computer troubleshooter tech support and I’ve been here over 6 years, and I know for a fact all new players win. I’ve seen it!
