I can practically guarantee you every time I buy here, I don’t win with my purchase, I win when I lose the chips purchased and then I get my rebate gift for buying, and I win on their gift, but it never lasts and my bank has never grown very much.
They do not treat their players equally, everyone there should be treated with the same rules, and treated with respect, AND since this is a phony gaming app, quit acting like we are winning and cashing in money for the phony chips. It’s all fake but the PLAYERS MONEY! Beware, do not start paying, you will never build a bank and all your wins will be short lived.

Get rid of YOUR HOUSE PLAYERS!! Cindy stacks her house players with huge banks she’s always replacing, and believe me any computer app can be fixed to win for someone or lose for someone. I’m a computer troubleshooter tech support and I’ve been here over 6 years, and I know for a fact all new players win. I’ve seen it!

Terrible after iOS update 13
I have tried numerous times to get some resolution on the problems with all the games when playing on iOS systems. It is terrible and all I get is “ our engineers are working on it”. Well it’s been over a month now and no update.

This game is broken in so many ways. Playing poker, the game does not know which hand is stronger ( I had a straight and I lost to a 2 pair). The game goes down at least once a month. If you need support, they will reply back but can’t do anything for you until the next business day. Their system cannot look into your game history in real time. Their ancient system takes 1 day and their is 25% chance that they will reply back. NEVER SPEND A PENNY IN THIS GAME!!! Every time I collect from my box, the game will repeatedly pop up 2-3 times for you to give them a 5 star rating. You keep bothering me and annoying me, you get a 1. I just want to play. Their Sunday freebies was very generous in the past. ATM, they are very cheap in freebies and I can’t blame them. Slowly getting out of bankruptcy. The challenges are very simple to play and accomplish which is no fun. A good challenge makes the game entertaining.

Will Not Load
Oddly this game will load very slowly on a very weak wi-fi strength at work but on the superfast Virgin Media Wi-Fi it refuses to open at all despite my having a super strong wi-fi strength at home. Pity as it is an excellent game when it eventually lets you in. I am using a brand new iPad with latest software and the game refuses to load on my hi-speed virgin media wi-fi.

Use to be a great game till they changed the rating system. If your a beginner or a lower level play you will lose almost every time to the higher rated players. They have the system rigged for the people that pay for their chips instead of winning them. I've had enough of this app I played for over two hours and won 3 hands compared to the same 2 players that kept winning every pot. App is crap will be delete delete delete! Don't be a sucker and waste your time or money.

No longer a fan
Newest update is terrible. Can't get into some poker tables, the table comes up but everything is blank. Tried to complete a challenge today on a high table and can't get in. Use to love the slots but now they're tight. Even if you buy chips you don't end up playing for long. Sad really, this was my favorite app until recently.
