Заметил что на кофе машине стоят 5 степеней крепости. А в приложении четыре. Исправте пожалуйста.
Bluetooth failing
App is not usable. I discovered today i can no longer connect. Bluetooth constantly disconnect
Low quality
Melitta: please improve this app - look at the rating of this app and comments - its a shame for company not to take care of such a bad product (app). It crashes, the UI and UX is on very low level. This is the weakest point of Melitta products.

mam wrażenie że aplikacja została zapomniana , podczas robienia kawy się zawiesza , nie zapisuje użytkownika w profilach , ziarna ustawiasz z jednego pojemnika pobiera z drugiego , zróbcie coś żeby to w końcu było stabilne

Terrible Ukrainian translation
App is buggy, frequently loses connection, doesn’t store profile images, hanging, etc.
But the most annoying thing is the terrible Ukrainian translation in Barista TS Smart. Never seen so many mistakes in the single appliance. For example, Ukrainian word “cappuccino” has two mistakes in single word. And there are plenty of them. Such technically perfect machine but with such ugly wording.
Who did it for you, Melitta? Shame on them!

Рецепты «мой напиток» нет возможности создавать без подключения к аппарату.
Гораздо удобнее иметь возможность работы с приложением без включения кофемашины.
Создал нужные рецепты в приложении и при следующем включении аппарата они загрузятся.

Lack of Turkish language support
Lack of Turkish language support. It is ridiculous that there is no Turkish language support in the machine but not in the application. Türkiye can use the machine but not the application? Turkish language support needs to be added to the application urgently. Translation should not be this difficult.

Проблемы с подключением
Последнее обновление вызывает проблемы с подключением к кофе машине. Приходится перезапускать приложение что бы подключиться. Вдобавок сделали подтверждающие меню после изменения выбора лотка для кофе. Зачем добавлять столько лишних функций что бы налить себе кофе? Все раньше прекрасно работало

App doesn’t work
After every coffee gets stuck in a loop to cancel the current coffee. Only way out is to quit the app. You then have to reconnect to the machine every time as if it’s the first time you’ve connected the machine. Melitta, please fix the app.

Почему приложение стало такое глючное? Никогда не видит машину , хотя она включена и приложение не может подключить машину , в общем глючит
Глючное приложение.
Постоянно отваливается, зависает, некорректно передает информацию в кофе машину. По началу вроде показалось удобно, по факту реализация на двойку!
Connection issues
As mentioned by others the app now doesn’t stay connected and in order to select a coffee you need to close it fully & reopen , annoyingly the previous version worked fine 👎

This app has gone backwards since my last review
Melitta changed the app in 2024 meaning when you tapped your favourite drink it automatically started making as opposed to allowing you to alter it first. To change your drink you now have a series of button pushes to get into it and it takes longer. Not sure how it made any sense to do this. Fewer button pushes is always the best. They’ve reduced button pushes to make the drink by one tap with the cost of adding multiple button pushes to alter the drink first.
Second…when you do other things on your phone and then switch back to the Melitta app it brings up a box telling you that says “Cancel dispensing…Would you like to cancel
The current dispensing?” This is despite the last coffee successfully being made. Then when you push “OK” it switches screens and says “An error has occurred Please check the status of your fully automatic coffee machine” and the app remains disconnected from the coffee machine and won’t allow you to reconnect. The only answer is to force quit the app and restart it.
So many bugs and not fixed for months. Please Melitta - can you do something about this?
Also, will it ever be possible to connect two phones to the machine?

После очередного обновления, перестал работать раздел «рецепты» на ios 18.2
Make the recipes custom
I want change the buttons preferences in machine like espresso so I don’t want espresso 40 ml I want 25 for example, so i can press easy i dont like the custom that not have any user experience

Desde la última actualización la máquina no se conecta bien. Tengo que apagar y encender y al final final utilizar los botones manuales. A ver si lo solucionan ya.
