Help please
App is not working. Will not allow me to open 1st set of lessons
They just want money in their pockets
I tapped on a Taylor swift song to play and the app does not even work. And I wish I could give this game a zero stars because all of the practices cost money!
Cant go back to training
Says it’s unable to load video. Unable to register notes. Worst guitar app I have ever used.
Great app and concept but I can no longer support it.
This will be my last yearly renewal.. love the app.. love what I was able to access.. and I would have rated higher but i can’t access all training tutorials.. I reached out for support once I didn’t get any resolution. I will use it since I paid but it’s sad to have to cancel.. I paid year over year multiple times to support development or whatever but I just can’t anymore.

This sucks
This app is very unreliable and doesn’t work. I was playing asking perfectly when the app stopped and said I failed the song. Plus this app has no good songs a so and you need to pay to learn

I brought this as it looked like a good app to learn from but after purchasing app it now does not load up !need help as I’ve paid for subscription but can’t use !!!!

This app is good but the down side is that I have got the the pro next to my name but still not letting me see the videos and it's saying try again later when I click on what I want to learn

Can't get the lessons to open
I can open songs, but not the lessons. I think I also accidentally paid the membership. 😔
Premium Options do not working
At first, the app seemed good until I purchased the premium version, specifically so I can learn about barre chords. My 7 day free trial started 10/18/23 and immediately when I tried to access the barre chords lesson, it would not load. I closed the app, reopened it made sure my phone is updated to the latest software, uninstalled, reinstalled the app and it’s still will not load. I decided to try again today 10/19/23 and still the same issue.
I also tried to access several other premium lessons, which also would not load. Very disappointed with this app, however, thankful that this is only a 7 day free trial that I will be canceling immediately after submitting this review.

Trouble accessing lesson videos
I bought this app today, but the lesson videos are not playing…. They just spool. HELP!
Videos are not loading
Some stuff still works but some doesn’t load. Is the app dead? Should I stop paying for the app? I need help! Thanks. I still do love the app but it is just not working right. Update: videos are still not loading…. Is there any support for the app?
