Horrible experience with getting food
We used this app to order food while in NYC. We placed 3 orders and had a pick up time in 10 minutes. We walked over and found about 10 other waiting for orders and 4 people working. It took us almost 50 minutes to get our food and 1 order was completely wrong. When we went back to the counter it was sitting in their prep area and we got the item.
Others who came in after us got food before us. However a lot of people were upset. One women said she had waited an hour. Our orders where done in backwards order. It had taken us a about 10 minutes to complete them all and the first placed was the last received.
The staff was not apologetic. We were checking about the issue and even asked about just canceling them all.
Avoid this place unless you have nothing but time. We went at 1:30 (our original pick up time) on a Friday. This was not expected.

Useless
A recent update has made ordering delivery impossible—orders can never be submitted. Which is fine if that’s no longer an option but if so, tell me in the app instead of letting me keep trying.
Delivery literally does not work
The app is fine if you’re ordering for pickup. They broke their Delivery option sometime last year and decided to never fix it.

WOW what a step up... I’m a huge melt shop fan but haven’t been able to figure out how to order since the pandemic, FINALLY some good news!!! App works PERFECTLY and I can now go back to getting my regular Friday crispy chicken melt... mmmm 😋
