Get someone who understands PR to use and test this app before you push updates
The mobile app is consistently bad and anytime it becomes remotely usable a new update will arrive to remove any semblance of usability.
The recent update pushes their AI bot replacing the only usable part of the previous app, which had it been the full desktop experience wouldn’t have been too bad. However it’s a painfully dumbed down version which returns absolute garbage results with nonsense sources and commentary.
Please, either employ or consult with actual PR professionals to test your products. Nobody can be using this product regularly to sign this off.

Not Loading at All
App won’t even load at Start.
Links don’t open
When I read summary reports from my emails, and click on hyperlinks to news articles, the app opens but freezes on the opening page.
This problem is at least 4 months old.

Stuck on loading screen
This app is rubbish compared to others in the market (Streem), I have been stuck on the loading screen for the past five minutes and counting. The desktop site is not much better, it is slow but I can eventually see our coverage.
Social Manager
This is a great tool for when I’m running around campus for quick insights and checks for what’s happening online.
