Useless
No functionality what so ever! Can’t update your profile, pay dues, or even communicate with other members. Why does this even exist?
Buggy and nearly unusable
Unfortunately, a professional group I belong to uses Memberplanet to handle members. Neither the app nor the website functions well. The app crawls along like it was AOL in 1989–maddening. On the app, you can’t add a picture profile or access “my groups.” Pretty much useless.
Crashes, can’t manage memberships
Avoid if you need to set up paid memberships for an organization. You never know if you will be able to end or cancel them
Last update was 4 years ago. It’s now 2025!
Login issues, groups don’t always appear even though some are marked as favorites, took an entire three days to figure out how to update payment information, and support is never available at time you need them. It’s disappointing to read reviews dating back 8 years and still have the same issues. Very disappointed in this app, yet and still, my membership groups continue to use it in support the developers. With all the reviews, and the 1.5 star rating, you know what the concerns are but have not dedicated any time to address them. Shame, shame, shame!

Constantly Crashing
Every time I try to access anything on the app it crashes. I logged in and within a few seconds it crashed and closed.
No good
This app is grossly out of date. It does not fully work and the developers appear to have no interest in either updating it or fixing any of the bugs. The app is more than four years old. One problem is that when you click on an event to see the details, all you get is a blank screen. Have spoken to their customer support and they say that’s too bad. I don’t recommend this platform.

Unreliable App
This app is so frustrating to use. It crashes 99 percent of the time. You have about 3-5 seconds to view whatever it is you’re trying to access before the app shuts off/crashes. There have been no fixes to this application in the past 4 years of me using it in Japan. It’s funny because I don’t even tell services ( most of the time) that I’m a member because I can’t even pull up my digital membership card to show as proof. They’re quick to email you though if your monthly membership payment doesn’t process. I once changed my debit card and forgot to update my profile on this app. If I could give it negative stars, I would. Garbage.

App continues to crash. Runs on old security protocols and likely a cybersecurity threat.
Crash happy app
I do NOT recommend this app. Within 5 seconds of launching the app it crashes & quits. What’s the point of this app if it provides zero usability?
Horrible App
Look through the reviews. Going back 7+ years, people have been complaining of the app crashing constantly. Its completely useless. No matter what you do, app dies a couple seconds after logging in. Zero functionality. Not holding my breath on an update or fix to this bug. The company clearly does not care.

App keeps closing out and making me log back in. I think the longest I was able to access anything was a few seconds (maybe 5) then it crashes.
Frustrating app
Can’t get the app to open—crashes every time. Tried on two iPhones. Hoping for an update with bug fixes
Unfunctuonal app
I’m transferring and the posted instructions for how to cancel your account in no way shape or form resembles how it looks on the app. So there isn’t an understandable way to cancel or transfer your account. The transfer function is blank. The app still crashes. Who is actually managing and developing it? Seems like an abandoned project.

It is awful. It crashes every time you login. Instant crash. If you want to waste your time, just go to a hooters. You’d have better luck there.
Password Reset
Can’t go to the website & reset password on my iPhone. The website never works. Horrible! Once again a gov’t related contract (lowest bidder probably) is garbage.
