Great Remote
Easy to connect and works perfectly!!
Works great, once set up.
For my bed I had to look at the box under the base where all the connections are at for the number by the QR code, that’s the one I had to connect to in settings… I also had to change the “remote type” in settings to match the physical remote (the members mark logo is the difference from what I could tell), once I did that it worked. There is no guidance on setup which is pretty ridiculous.

Doesn’t Work
Don’t waste your time trying to get this app to work, like I did. I finally called the number in the manual and they said it doesn’t work at this time. They are “..working on updating it but there is no estimated time when it will be available again.” I’ll change my review if and when they fix it.
Works
Make sure to be in light mode to see all the device text. Barely workable app. Lacks features such as widgets and UI is clunky.
Great Remote, No Alarm
The remote is easy to connect, just know that your phone needs to be in light mode when connecting and the Bluetooth connection for the bed starts with “KSBT”. I also had to change the remote type to “MMKDT” for it to work. I gave 4 stars because the alarm function doesn’t work.

Completely broken since latest update.
Can’t connect to base and use any controls. UI doesn’t even load on remote screen.
App suddenly went blank
I have been using this app for a while and it was working perfectly well. Suddenly it is all white and I can’t see any buttons, making it useless. I changed my phone from dark mode to light mode to see if that would help, and it didn’t. I don’t know why it suddenly broke.
Like the new upgrades but…
The new upgrades look good but screens are difficult to use because the different choices stay open, for example if I choose alarm clock then pick remote the alarm clock screen stays open on top of the remote making it difficult to see what’s underneath. The remote itself does not load up unless you pick a different function, then you are stuck with that screen on top of your remote.

Awful app
This is the worst app I’ve ever used and isn’t user friendly in the slightest. Very irritating to use
Garbage
Pure trash. There is no way to link the app to the bed via Bluetooth as the manufacturer does not have the bed name listed on the base. What kind of trash is that.

I’m not able to use the app because it is not compatible with the new model. It does not allow you to select the correct remote that matches my bed.
It Does Most !!
The app is great except I can’t get it to vibrate for more than 10 minutes. The remote can get it up to 30 minutes. I see the three dots but it doesn’t go past the first one. Am I doing something wrong or is this a flaw?
Need unlimited massage option
I am constantly have to wake up to turn back the massage function every 20 minutes. Can you have it go unlimited ?
Control both sides
iOS. This is a really simple backup remote option for the Sam’s Club split king adjustable bed. It would be nice to access the switch control of each bed, the A/B/Both, settings from the master/Home Screen, instead of having to dig into the sub navigation settings. Worth the download.
It works well but…
It does work but they need to update it so you can have the 10, 20, 30 minute vibrating mode on the app just like the remote.

It worked the first time I used it… I recommend this app so you can put your remote in your partners night stand/table drawer (and theirs in yours). The remotes will be out of sight, but accessible for each person to use the “snore function”. 👍🏽👍🏽
Apple Watch
I love my adjustable bed how ever who gets the remote?….. well if your married your partner gets it of course and if it’s on her nightstand your stuck so a thought for the developers of this app make it compatible with Apple Watch so I don’t have to bring my phone to bed with me please
Dark Mode still an issue
I called the developer because I could not see anything but the UUID. They didn’t have a solution for me just said it should start with BASE. I noticed that the screen looked weird in dark mode so I change it to light mode and Wala, BASE was now visible.
I then looked at the reviews and the first one I saw was Brianthekranky who had the same problem a year ago. Why don’t you just fix it. Seems easy enough.
