Easy to navigate and detailed information
This site is easy to use and provides the detailed information I need. Including scheduled visits, visit results, test results, messages from the doctor and so much more. So helpful!

Big Fan of My Chart
I’ve been using My Chart since the beginning. The improvements over the years has made the app a great tool to use. It’s user friendly and gives me all my healthcare information.
Nightmare
Memorial care is a nightmare the ever changing phone system. It’s geared for Memorial care physicians not clients. I no longer like my doctor since she joined the memorial care group. It’s not her is is the nightmare called Memorial Care “We care for ourselves by cutting cost and service.” The patient is a second priority and it shows.”

Hung up after paying a bill
I just paid a bill using AmEx. The AmEx and MyChart apps show that my payment went through. I even got a text from MemorialCare confirming payment.
But this app hung up at the screen “Processing payment, please wait”. Please fix.
FYI and to help you address the bug, I run the latest version of iOS on an iPhone 15 Pro Max. And the latest version of the app

Passwords
Have had to change my password multiple times due to it saying it’s incorrect. quite frustrating as i’ve written down my password each time.
Over-reports Screen Time
When I open the app, I use it for about four minutes and then force close it. But Screen Time thinks that I ran the app for about five hours! Please ask the developers to work with Apple to correctly report screen time. FYI and to help you address the bug, I run the latest version of iOS on an iPhone 15 Pro Max

Why did they abandon My Chart for this?
Using this app after years of using My Chart, and it clearly has some of the exact features and has relatively the same coding but it has real problems.
The latest is how if you try to send a “Non Urgent Medical Question” to a medical provider, it shows you a screen of every doctor you have ever seen, listed alphabetically by first name. Sounds great, right?
Except the screen has zero scrolling capabilities. So, if the doctor you want to message has a name that starts with the letter “A”, great! If their name starts with something later in the alphabet, you are screwed as you have no ability to scroll.
As this is the main reason I use the app - messaging a doctor - I find this app to be frankly, pretty much useless for my needs.

Love this app
This app is so much cleaner and more intuitive than MyChart. I love being able to see when the next same day care option is available and navigating to my medical record info is so easy. This is a big improvement.
Oh no !!!!
The home screen scrolls up and down continuously, is that right ? I tried standing on my head and shaking the ipad but the app home screen jumps all over. WHO TESTING THIS CRAPPY APP ???

Finally, an elevated healthcare experience
I truly love being able to navigate all of my health needs in one place. From registering to finding an appointment quickly, I’m very pleased with the experience and will continue coming back! Other health facilities should take notes…. great job MC.

Amazing app, such a clean UI
This app is great. Up to date information and alerts that just make sense when you look at the dashboard. Being able to switch easily form the MyChart dedicated app to this one specific to the hospital/physicians I see for my health is truly GREAT. I’m excited to see what else this app will bring on my health journey in life.

Such a massive upgrade!
It’s so great to see a hospital improving their app. The standard out there is pretty rough — I don’t know why everything in healthcare has to be so clunky and hard to use.
But this app… I was signed up in minutes. I could search doctors by earliest available appointment. It even shows me all same day appointment options in one place.
It’s not perfect, but wow, great improvement.
