Freezes
Third time recording all the exams only for the app to freeze at the very end when it’s supposed to connect you to a physician. Gets stuck at the “getting everything ready” screen. Incredibly frustrating. Going to urgent care instead.
Doesn’t work
This was sold as easy but doesn’t work. No email is sent with a login link. Help email is garbage - probably AI generated - as it includes information in a foreign language and doesn’t make sense. Not worth the trouble.
Very Glitchy, Difficult and Frustrating to use
This is one of the worst apps I’ve used. It’s so glitchy that just to use it once required me to restart the app at least 6 times. It kept crashing or getting stuck. The data only downloaded half the time and I had to redo the home exams over and over. It took almost 45 minutes to collect the data needed to start the appointment and the appointment itself lasted only five minutes. If it wasn’t free I would never use it again. Not worth the time and frustration.
