Rebates
I wish you could get a receipt when you get your order instead of having to find a computer and printing it off yourself. It’s a real nightmare for older folks.
Unreasonably Ridiculous
There’s no reason for the prices charged by Menard’s when there is a Home Depot only 45 minutes away and the delivery fee is $0 when Menard’s wants $159 and an extra fee to pull the order as well. I shop at here when I have time constraints or am purchasing bulky items, otherwise it’s Home Depot or Amazon with free shipping, almost next day delivery, and much better prices, selections, and return policies! At least the regular staff are really friendly and helpful. Some policies make no sense but they help to work around them!!

Had to make 2 different orders of same item. Got charged for shipping and processing twice. This is just plain gauging!! You need to do better!!
Great value and selection
Menards has great value on everything needed for home improvements. They also have a selection that goes beyond items beyond home improvement to include yards, clothes, food and great flash sales.
Buyers beware
Customer service is a joke. The receipt look up center does not work properly. I went to return a product that cost me $50. Could not find the receipt. The lady assured me that she could return it for store credit with no problem. I proceeded to do so and only receive $30 for the item. I found the receipt and came back. To my surprise they said there was nothing they could do. I contacted national customer service and was told I would have to talk to the store. Sounds like a great way to get extra money. With customer service like this, that seems corrupt who needs their services. Again buyer beware.

Credit card hostage
There is no way to remove my credit card from my account unless I put in a new one. I prefer to put my credit card number in each time I purchase something and not have it tied to my account constantly. This should be an option.
Supplies
When searching for sizes I noticed that the supplies are almost nonexistent and in the past, I couldn’t even find my size so this time I had to order three just to be able to replace my worn out pairs of pants. I understand with sales supplies go low, but this seems to be a continuous problem. other than that thank you for the sale
