I made a special visit to purchase the Barn
and Fence paint in a semi-gloss finish -only to discover that you were sold out. Imagine my disappointment to find out, according to your website, that you had ( I believe your inventory said) 8 available in store. You are the only store around that carries it in the semi-gloss finish. I was happy to be able to order it. I sure hope you can truly get it for me.

Terrible at special orders
Menards is an okay store if you go to the store and select your own materials; although, sometimes you have to pick through a ton of junk to find useable materials. Menards is terrible at special orders. I recently received a soffit shipment of brite red and the
vented soffits arrived as colonial red. Sure, they will reorder the correct color, but I have to wait 10-12 days for a project I am in the middle of. I also got brite red fascia which is unusable because the angle is open so the shorter edge will not touch the soffit leaving an unsightly gap. The most frustrating part is they have zero concern for my lost time and added expense. If this were an isolated incident I could have had some grace but sadly I have had other bad experiences with Menards special orders.

Rebate BS
If you use the app to place an order, then it should automatically apply for the supposed rebate. The whole plan is to advertise one price showing the discount, but make the process a hassle so that 90% of customers never get a rebate. If Home Depot was here I would never shop at Menards.
