Excellent service
If there is ever an issue there is live tech support I’m the app to assist.
Literally never works
I’ve had this app for two years, with doc appointments every quarter or so. Mend has only connected with my provider only 1-2 times out of ~8 appointments. I don’t know if they don’t have a support team or what...but, it’s been like this for two years, so don’t expect the quality to increase anytime soon. Thanks for nothin’

Works Great
No issues on my iPhone. Just make sure you dont switch windows while in the video or your audio or video could cut out. Dont blame the app because you are too pathetic to wait five minutes to answer a text message.
Terrible app.
This app is awful. Barely works at all. Tech support is rude and condescending. Acts like they got better things to do. Which is especially messed up because people are relying on this app to stay healthy during this scary time. Wish I could give negative stars.
Total TRAP.
I scheduled a virtual appointment with Hartford Healthcare to avoid the walk in center during flu season. No one ever answered my call after 2+ hours of waiting past the appointment time. I ended up going to the walk in anyway at this point. Still got charged $35! And there’s no way to talk to a real person if you have issues with the platform.. still waiting for an email reply. Wouldn’t ever recommend

Very poor telemedicine software with multiple glitches
I acquired this software to provide telemedicine for patients in remote parts of the state.
MEND overpromised and underdelivered.
There were unable to have a flow with the patient inputting their data, self- scheduling, and putting in a credit card. At the end of 6 months the software would get stuck after patient would put in data, such as meds and allergies. Our office got calls from these upset patients, and I decided that I have had enough.
There are many negative aspects to MEND such as poor interface, no texting feature to alert a physician of an appt being scheduled by a patient. The software instructs the patient to call the office to reschedule over the phone. It is stupid- the whole point of the telemedicine is to do things online.
The software is hard to navigate and counterintuitive.
I am currently filing with Better Business Bureau to get my money back. They took a year- payment upfront ( probably because they knew that their product was a lemon). Additionally, there are hidden fees that they never mentioned in their sales pitch, such as credit card company charging $25/ month, even if you don’t use it at all ( this was never mentioned). I am currently signed up with another telemedicine company, and now appreciate what a piece of junk MEND is. I was just inexperienced and naive to sign up and pay all that money. Don’t repeat my mistake....

I was using the mend app for a year without issues. After the system was updated, they failed to offer landscape mode for Iphone. Now when I have therapy through the app, my therapist picture is sideways:(
