存檔檔案不見
我辛辛苦苦畫完的畫結果存檔完跳出去檔案直接不見，我不知道發生什麼事了。
It’s too confusing!!!
I’m working on a movie and there are NO apps that DON’T have a freaking watermark! I need an app that I can use to draw 2d in a 3d space, cause that’s the style of my movie. This would be PERFECT, but I can’t pay to get rid of the watermark! (p.s., the UI is too confusing! i don’t know what anything does!)

Im so mad
It was going perfect at the beginning then I don’t know where after I finish my three hour artwork it decides to kick me out of the app PLUS delete the whole canvas in my first scene project i hate this.

Su precio es ridículo. No han entendido por qué Procreate y Affinity triunfan mientras Adobe fracasa. Creen que con tarifas mensuales tan desorbitadas van a ganar dinero, pero nadie en su sano juicio pagaría eso. En lugar de atraer a muchos usuarios y lograr que su app destaque en redes sociales, han conseguido que nadie la use. Y mientras tanto, la competencia, como Feather, aprovecha este error para ganar terreno.

It just isent..
So im realy new to this and i dont know if its like, just me? I can acctaully do the 3-D part so its just drawings. My art is good and digital art is my best type, so the fact that i cant use this in the way its ment to work is Dissapontiong. I dont recommend this for people who own no apple pencil, another bad thing. They dont support finger touch, witch makes a lot of people frustrated. I acctaully want you to reply and change this app, or the app is going to fall with the lack of people using it for good resons. Sorry to say, but worst drawing app ever. My review is dead somehow. Here we go again I guess.
I originally asked if this was available on Mac/PC, but then I opened the app, read some reviews, and…yikes.
A paywall that doesn’t even tell you how to pay? 62GB of storage space for a day’s work? Sucking up to the subscription trend? Bruh, do y’all WANT this bird to die before it gets to fly?
At least this doesn’t track people or lock them out when there’s no internet connection like Feather does (which had the smarts to at least LOOK like a one-time purchase thing).
My suggestion to you:
- Ditch the subscription service and account system. It’s not ethical or sustainable, and I’m embarrassed to think about this peak innovation rotting behind it.
- Optimize the drawing storage. Records show it’s not efficient, like, at all (again: 62 GIGABYTES FOR A DAY! [my iPad can barely fit 2G with all the other stuff I do on here]).
- Accessibility options for folks that don’t have Apple Pencil. Maybe have an alternate mode with a separate UI for camera movement controls and the fingers just draw? Idk just make something that can work for non-Apple pen users.
- Clear and unobscure instructions for how to do stuff and implement basic functions that haven’t put in already. The most common complaintsI seem to be getting from the reviews is about unintuitive and missing functionality that is second nature to 2D programs.
This innovation is amazing and it sucks to see it shafted by such simple lapses of judgement on the developers’ part, but as long as you developers are willing to listen to, understand, and act on user feedback such as my own, it’s not hopeless.
We can fix this, together.

Horrible water mark on a paid app
Worst and most abusive watermark system I’ve ever seen, i have paid a really expensive price for it to then force a subscription model on a paid app

Different kind of tool
I am not much of an artist overall but this app adds some new dynamics to what I can create. I have been enjoying using the visibility in the bookmarks which was the last tutorial video. It allows me to “animate” simple changes within a scene by duplicating an element and then moving it or altering it. I have only used the app limitedly. I also bought it years ago I think when they did a lifetime purchase, so I am not sure what is available in the free or trial version now. Worth trying out. I have also used Feather App some and this one for me is easier at the moment because style of canvas creation and duplication.

Why the hell doesn’t it have autosave? It just loses files for no reason !

Hoped I could get a new perspective but this was basically procreate with no brushes and like a millions times wIrse cuz I love procreate, I only did 5 stars to get developed]r response and so you could see this, reality, 1 star bye
App Absturz, alles weg
Als ich Mental Canvas gerade zum ersten Mal benutzt habe, war ich super happy, genau das gefunden zu haben, was ich wollte. Infinite Canvas ohne viel Schnickschnack, um zu brainstormen. Nach 15/20 Minuten stürzte die App und alles ist weg. Lel.
Dass es anscheinend kein Autosave gibt, ist wirklich schade. Gut, dass nicht allzu viel Arbeit verschollen ist.
Das mit dem Abstürzen scheint den Bewertungen nach kein Einzelfall zu sein, daher wird die App leider gleich wieder gelöscht, da ich keine Lust habe, alle zwei Minuten mein Projekt abzuspeichern.
Schon gar nicht, wenn man es nicht mit einem einzigen Klick machen kann. Auf der UI wäre ja genügend Platz für ein Diskettenicon.

I purchased the program . It was good in the beginning after several uses it became bad it does not save the steps and the customer service don’t respond to messages.

요즘 앱들 다 자동저장 되니까 당연히 자동저장 되는 줄… 구식이라 수동 저장임…그러면 저장 중간중간에 하라고 강조를 하든지 해야하는데 문구가 뜬것도 아니고..걍 갑자기 꺼짐.. 그리고 8시간 작업한게 흔적도 없이 사라짐요..그리고 홈으로 나가려고 했다가 버튼 하나 잘못 누르면 또 파일 다 날라갑니다.. 너무 좋은 앱이라고 생각했는데 시스템이 진짜 무슨 2000년대 시스템이라 자동저장에 익숙한 저는 도저히 적응을 못하겠어요.. 다른 앱으로 갈아탑니다..
