With Mente Pro, the Complete Client Timeline brings sessions, notes, plans, tasks, objectives and life events into one chronological view. PREPARE MESSAGES AND SEND THEM WHEN YOU CHOOSE Write an appointment message, check the wording, then choose the app you want to send it with. Mente never sends messages automatically. With Pro, you can use custom message templates, local reminders and a record that a message was prepared without storing its contents in that history. You can also share an appointment as a calendar file without turning on sync. YOUR PROFESSIONAL RECORDS REMAIN UNDER YOUR CONTROL No separate Mente account is required. Core records remain available on your iPhone or iPad, and Mente does not host them on servers managed by the developer. Sensitive information stored locally receives additional on-device protection, while access to the app uses the security available on your device. Create a password-protected backup files. You can also export readable CSV files and client PDF dossiers. Once a file is exported or shared, its protection depends on where you choose to save or send it. CORE TOOLS AND MENTE PRO Client records, scheduling, notes, plans, tasks, payment tracking and manual backup remain available without a subscription. Mente Pro adds encrypted backup in your iCloud account, Apple Calendar sync, the full note-template library, custom note and message templates, the Complete Client Timeline, session preparation, follow-up for unfinished notes and local message reminders. If Mente Pro expires, your local records remain available. Manual backup and restore still work; syncing new changes with iCloud and Calendar pauses until Pro is reactivated. Mente is a professional organization and documentation tool. It does not provide diagnoses, treatment recommendations or emergency services. PERMISSIONS & PRIVACY Contacts are used only for client import. Calendar access is used only for Calendar Sync. Notifications are used only when allowed. Device authentication is used for entire App Protection. Optional iCloud access is used only for automatic backup and sync.
