Mente is a practice management and clinical documentation app for independent psychologists and psychotherapists. It keeps appointments, session notes, client documents, and billing organized in one place, without storing client records on company servers. PREPARE CLIENT DOCUMENTS IN MENTE Prepare standard client paperwork right from the client file. Mente includes three templates: • Privacy Notice • Professional Services Agreement • Client Intake and History Form Bundle all three into an onboarding pack for a first session. Mente fills the PDF on-device using saved details; review and preview the PDF before sharing. Standard templates and preview are included for free. Mente Pro lets you customize clauses and fields, add your practice logo, include saved services, create custom documents, and restore earlier revisions. Sharing uses the iOS share sheet. Mente notes the sharing time in the client timeline, but does not store completed PDFs, client answers, or signatures, and does not confirm delivery or signing. APPOINTMENT MESSAGES ON YOUR TERMS Draft appointment messages, check the wording, and send them through your chosen email or messaging app. Mente never sends messages automatically. With Mente Pro, save reusable templates, set local reminders, and track prepared messages without Mente storing their text. You can also export appointments as .ics files without turning on sync. ON-DEVICE PRIVACY AND DATA OWNERSHIP No user account required. Core practice records stay on your iPhone or iPad, never on company servers. Sensitive data receives hardware-backed protection, and app access can be secured with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode. Create password-protected .mente backup files, clean CSV tables, or client summary PDFs anytime. Once exported, protection depends on where you choose to save or send the file.
