Disappointed

I truly disappointed in the app. A service company that we pay fees to take care of us and communication is bad. I make payments through the app and never get credit and have to spend a week or ten days to get acknowledgment. I have to send email after email and every time someone else responds and have to explain the issue again and again.
Don’t ask for feedback if you’re not going to fix the issues.
I have to hire an assistant just to keep up with you so I wouldn’t raise my blood pressure.
