Holding my fund and not talking to me
This company held my funds for 18 days and they opened a case for me without solving for 18 days and they stop responding my emails.. they help my $121 since first of this month (feb) and today is 18th of Feb

Scam I lost $45000 to mercuryo anytime I tried to send out my bitcoin to external wallet they always intercept the transaction and replaced it by a new wallet address
Wouldn’t trust them
I put $30 into an account to go back to my trust wallet and while I was creating the account and in the middle of authorization it got sent god knows where and I didn’t authorize it. Tried to reach out through support and their AI tries to avoid getting a human to you as much as possible. Scammy untrustworthy app that I never plan to use again. The only reason I used it was because trust wallet directed me.

Installed, got verified and bought some bit coin. After a few months my verification is unverified. Tried to get verified again and will no longer allow. Contacted support and they say the same thing, can’t verify me anymore. If you are looking to make donations, use this app. Support is horrible and whatever money you invest will be gone. I had high hopes for this but like most things out there today, was just another scam!!!

I don’t wanna use this app any more , it is not easy to delete the account , and I requested to delete my data, they said they keep your data for 7 years, although their policy on the website says you can request to delete your data, but they don’t follow the policy.

App keeps crashing when attempting top up!
I loved this app and thought it was one of the greatest platforms to buy on but as of last night and today it continues to crash on me every time I go top up
Impossible to complete a financial transaction
Have tried multiple cards, multiple banks and multiple platforms (windows, google, apple ios) . The banks never even receive a transaction request. Mercury tech support are polite but ultimately unhelpful. I would not recommend this app for U.S. transactions

They will accept you money and hold your funds, even if they don’t have the capability of completing the transaction. Not a trustworthy exchange whatsoever
Can Buy But Cant Withdrawal
Never had an issue with this app, until recently. I can purchase Etherium, but if I want to move it somewhere else it won’t let me. It’s now been three days and support doesn’t have an answer to what’s going on.
