Cheating game
I’m ok with paying to play games. They provide a service that should be compensated. What I’m not ok with is games that change the rules as they go in order to make you spend as much money as possible. This game is built on the principles of statistics, but the generators statistics change depending on the items in the order you’re trying to fill. If you’re trying to build to a common item, all of a sudden you’ll get ten in a row of the extremely rare items. It’s unfortunate, without this flaw based on the designers’ greed it would be a fun game and I would have spent continued to spend money on it. A game isn’t fun if the rules constantly change to put you at the greatest possible disadvantage. Real life is frustrating enough, I don’t need to pay to experience more of it.

No more spawners update over 1year ….. try on some new spawners and i wonder why they don’t update new spawners?

Problem with this game app
I keep buying the “shuffle for amazing results” and the “diamond activate pass” and so many others including gems deal and they take my money without my rewards. I have been writing to the support team and nothing has been done to fix their app or refund my money. It’s frustrating and annoying
Skip this game
I love merge games but after the last card challenge ended, hundreds of unused stars just disappeared. Unlike other games that automatically convert them to usable credits or chests, they just go even tho you often spend real money earning them. This game is ads on ads on ads just to move ahead slightly. Skip it and play something else that actually values your time and money.

Terrible Support - Lost 3.5 Years of Progress (Level 600+)
I have been a loyal player of 'Merge Away!' for 3.5 years and reached level 600+, investing over 1,000,000 energy. Due to a cloud sync bug on iOS, my entire progress was lost. I have contacted support via in-game chat and emailed my User ID (B7Yox4miuENj8XRk4fBSbiiBSZP2) multiple times, but I am being completely ignored. It is highly unfair to treat a long-time dedicated user this way. Please check my emails and restore my account or provide proper compensation, otherwise, I am deleting the game permanently!

App crashes
Game developers are not serious. The app is crashing since one month. Iv complained about crash fix for 5 times but no such action taken by game developers. I guess they earned lot of money by adding ads. They wasted my whole time my buyins. They ruined everything. I assume they are not professionals regarding any app making. They are just backgyard dogs made a gaming app. Just to earn money by showing ads all the time.

I loved this game at first . But now I can’t play it . It doesn’t work anymore.. I deleted the game and Iinstalled it again but it still doesn’t work….

Energy refills too slow. Making it a two minute game. Which I do not like. 5 stars if they fix that. I would even but their pass if I could get the energy to refill faster. Its just like the other merge games.
