The last update asks me to sign in with my apple account and when I do it take me back to level 19 , but this is not my current level I was already on the max level , this is not the first time this is happening to me and you never helped me I can’t deal with this anymore , am deleting this game , it’s not worth my time anymore

After the update, the whole area is grey. Really enjoyed this game, but now can’t move on…. Will wait to see if there will be a new update to fix it, otherwise will delete

Love the game BUT it freezes, can’t use my workers. It shows I have 2 but I only can use one. Please fix!
Stop loading at 49%
I have deleted/reinstalled app AND deleted app. restarted iPad and reinstalled and it still won’t load.
Merge help
Having issues with login in. Still at 49% since maybe an update. Tried everything on my end to try and fix the issue. I love this game but may have to delete if it isn’t fixed. Please help

I absolutely love this game but the zoo part won’t allow me to unlock no more animals and I’m so sad about it I think it’s a technical issue I hope they can fix it soon really sad about it,this is why I haven’t opened my chests.
Frustrating
I’ve been playing this game for years and left a previous review and now it’s got worse, every move I make wether it be a merge or even just moving a piece across its stops and starts like it’s sticking, it’s so frustrating never mind the amount of time it takes to open one of the boxes on the screen. It seems the further along the game I get the worse the gameplay is, I’ve previously emailed for support but got nowhere there. It’s time to cut my losses and move on I think now.

Please remove the snow overlay
The game is ok apart from the snow overlay they have incorporated in the recent update. I can’t play it as it really disrupts my vision, please remove it or give us the option to remove it. There are other games the same too probably from the same developers.
