Locks you out
I played Sunny House for a few years and after an update, the game kept kicking me out. I don’t know if there is a message with a fix on the Home Screen, but it will not let me get to the home screen. Half the time I’m kicked out before it’s loaded. I’m not the only one this happened to. This is very frustrating. I would definitely find another game before you got to invested into this one. I’m probably just going to delete it and walk away because this has been going on for months and I can’t get help anywhere to fix it. Too bad because I was enjoying the game.

What happened
I’ve spent money and time and loved this game but for the last 2 weeks it had been glitching and freezing constantly. To the point I deleted and started over. Yes I did all suggested fixes. Something is wrong with game. Please fix or I’m done.
Annoying
I would love to play this game but it keeps crashing. Sometimes the progress I just made is lost as well. Very annoying.

It’s a fine game but regularly freezes up my phone. I can’t even turn off the screen for about a minute.
Crashes out of game
I love this game, I’ve spent so much money and time on it but for the past weeks I’ve been trying to play and it immediately kicks me out. I would just like for all these bugs to be fixed because it makes it very frustrating deleting and reinstalling the app just for it not to kick me out.

Can not load game anymore crashes while loading. Not a memory or storage issue. Not an older model phone issue.

Crash upon opening game
I can see the effort with the updates - however the most recent update caused the game to crash not 10 seconds into opening the game.

After the new upgrade , my game keep crashing after I match items or get wats needed and when I sign back in I lost my match…I stop playing as much because the crashing makes game annoying, just to find what I’m supposed to find just for game to crash…PLEASE FIX ASAP. Now for last 2 weeks I can’t even open game soon I open, the game closes just getting worst after every upgrade..now the crashing makes u loose ur matches that was made with the free 15 mins from bingo just to loose the 15 min nd the matching went back like it was never match 🙄😩.
