Patience needed
As a very long standing user, who has enjoyed the game experience which has no ads and simple for the mind however, I am finding that tasks are taking much longer to complete. And simply this is becoming a bore. The tasks are sometimes just tooo long. If you have played this game yourself, then you would understand the monotonous of doing these tasks which does not make you want to return to the game. This has to change or people will lose interest. Travelling between places for regular/ repetitive talks is also unnecessary just to get a bucket of water. Getting carrots for the horse is arduous! This is also unnecessary long. Getting ships cargo from the glass bottles is also unnecessarily long. Getting moth balls and cotton, the list goes on…Please change something. The tediousness does not make this a fun game anymore when you get to high level. Some of the waiting time to recharge items is way too long as well. Feedback is so important to take onboard for longevity so I do hope you take this in the spirit it’s meant to in order for people to stay.

Way to totally ruin a good game
This WAS a good game! Haven’t played in about a month, came back and all of a sudden the merges are done for you! What the heck is the point if you can’t make the merges yourself? That’s the whole point of the game! Totally wrecked a good game. I’ll wait to see if they switch it back, if not - delete. Pity I was a long way into it. Sigh….

It’s great. Similar enough to the ads. Stick to advertising the lore it works.
Also do none of the reviews understand how these sorts of games are meant to work? This isn’t a game that is meant to be played all day, that’s half the point. Go play minecraft or something, not literally any mobile game. I don’t get ads on games for some reason I have no idea why, but I don’t think this game has ads that aren’t “you CAN watch an ad for rewards” so they can’t make money off of that, artists work hard on this game, do you want them to go on unpaid? I think their prices are actually really good. You’re MEANT to wait for this game and it’s not the games fault if you can’t wait. But also why do so many people just walk through the gates into the mansion and jumpscare poor Maddie who’s already going through it like just ring the doorbell or something the poor girl has no privacy

Been playing for ages
I really wish you would move the ‘burst bubble’ (for coins) and ‘use gems’ to open the bubble (to access the item) buttons FURTHER AWAY FROM EACH OTHER. Alternatively, ADD A CONFIRM GEM PURCHASE. The number of times I have accidentally used gems to buy a bubbled item is infuriating. I have spent money on this game, but I will 100% never do it again until you add this option. It seems like this would be a very easy fix on your end.😑

Cute storyline
I like this game so much that I have been playing it for about 2-3 years and I am on level 48. I enjoy the merging and discovering new items
However it has become boring, it takes too long to achieve items needed to complete tasks and the rewards are too small in comparison to the effort required to complete tasks.
All in all, I enjoyed playing but it is time to quit.
