Order fails but card still gets charged
The app keeps throwing an error when I try to place an order, so the order never goes through but my credit card gets charged.

Mobile ordering is a waste of time. It’s way faster to order once you get there.

Quantity Option
Would love if we had the ability to select quantity of sugars we want in our drink! I love my oat milk lattes with two raw sugars but it only allows us to add just one only by selecting sweetener type. Unless I just haven’t figured out how lol. And also the ability to select how much syrup we would like, I find my drink too sweet sometimes. Would appreciate, thank you!

I have always loved their coffee and the new app just makes it all the easier to order! The design is great and fits the brand. It is also extremely user friendly and straightforward so that helps as well. Most of all I had some technical issues while signing up and contacted their support and they sorted out my issue swiftly and were very nice to interact with. Amazing customer service just like their cafes.
