This app does not work, and it told me that my rap was not eligable! I am incredibly annoyed. They shouldve kept their old website instead.
Limited disabled tickets
They only release limited disabled access tickets so unless you book months in advance you won’t get it. Really terrible

Total Rubbish - Failed on the day
After many attempts over several days waiting for availability, we managed to secure an access pass through the app. No confirmation email was sent, but the app showed our pass.
The app worked for one ride at Thorpe Park before the app signed us out and refused to let us sign back in. It was a complete disappointment.
The app has now let us sign back in the day after our visit.

The update is messed up
I never had a problem with this app when I first got it, it was much more fair and everything, now since it’s recent update, I now then have to queue to book my place. And this is ridiculous because I’ve been there for like 10-15 minutes and I still didn’t get to choose a date to book!
