Inconvenient & Unreliable
Completely useless app! First, I didn’t get the driver details until a minute past my booking, even thought I made the booking at least 20 minutes before! Even called the customer support for help, but they were of no use. Then, the driver cancelled and again, there was no option of getting another driver. Once again, the customer support was unhelpful. There’s no point of this app, since you have to go to the counter at the airport even if you book via the app! Please don’t use this app, specially for any old person in your family. They’ll only be inconvenienced!

I booked a rental ride from delhi airport, Meru confirmed my ride but taxi details were not shared. I called customer care and they said wait for 5 minutes, we will share taxi details as we have sent the information to concern team.

Pathetic service and that too from Twitter hero Mahindra babu company
There is no customer support number. The number given on the app says it is “invalid”. There is no way to reach out to Meru if one needs some support or if one is in a crisis/dangerous situation.
I booked a ride from Delhi airport to home. Didn’t get the bill. Have emailed them - no response. No number to reach them.

I frequently use Meru. The best part is that the cabs are readily available at airport unlike Ola and Uber. I just book the cab at the counter and by the time I reach down at Pickup point, the cab is available.
Drivers assist you promptly . I have enjoyed the services on multiple occasions.
In fact when am travelling to Airport , I use the advance booking options which is hassle free.

Good for Airport drop but Car assignments should be improved.
Booking should be looked after while assigning the Car. If I book a EV and a old diesel car comes to pickup, it is quite disappointing.
However, Meru is reliable when it comes to Airport drops. No one else will assure Car assignment and doesn’t cancel the ride at last minute.

I had booked Ola and Uber twice to go to airport as it was bit urgent both of them got cancelled and I tried only once I could able to get the cab within 25 mins . Driver was very professional neat and good condition cab .and I decided all my future cab usage will be only meru .. appreciate your service Thank you

Worst company.
Booked a cab and received nothing. No receipt, no sms confirming the booking nor details of the trip which the other apps easily provide. Cab services like Merru are based on fraud and theft and deception. I have paid 800 plus bucks for the booking and cancelled it immediately and I am yet to get any sort of compensation or refund. The customer service people are not helpful. At all. Please don’t download this app and use Meeru Cabs.

First of all i booked in advance paid in advance after 24 hours they didnt shared cab details & can driver details , also when contact on their customer support a girl name priya picks up and says i will update you in 5 minutes this and that after which when we tried contacting the counter of meru on mumbai international airport mid age frustrated lady from her job named MEENAKSHI ON ASKING FOR A REFUND OR RESOULTION STARTS SHOUTING AND SCREAMING LIKE A MAD PERSON INFORNT OF PEOPLE ,
I havent got any resolution because of them i faced issues at the end moment and most importantly i have not recived REFUND FOR THE SAME

Worst service not provided cab for airport
I booked a cab from delhi to the international airport t3 .. i got the details of the driver and i was just waiting for him as time was running.. i called driver he said he has canceled the driver as he was far.. and he didn’t even inform me nor the app showed me that it has been canceled.. i called customer service and what a disgusting statement she gave that they dont have any driver that in my area.. what rubbish .. so disappointed.. big brand and no driver .. so irresponsible i could have booked ola or uber instead of it.. then i requested for the cab but they didn’t book anything.. then i had to book uber in rush..

Have booked to catch 5 am flight . Despite confirmation previous night , suddenly at 04:40 am sent message that your Booking is unsuccessful. Almost about to miss my Flights , Thanks to UBER , could get spot booking . They charge 20% more and still unreliable
