I contacted the manual service to tell me that my application was banned. Isn't it funny? Why did you get a 4.8 score? There are so many advertisements. What's the use of the app? Probablemente la peor aplicación de tarjeta virtual, para ingresar tu dinero se toma 10 min en procesar y cuando quieres usar la tarjeta debes esperar 1 hora y más para que recargue y upuedas usar tu dinero, 2 pasos que podrían resumirse en uno solo. Basura de app hay mejores, no la recomiendo

Quieren tener problemas ? Usen esta app si no te llega los depósitos , te llegan con cobros comisión sobre la comisión , además la plataforma no es transparente deje de usarla y un error operativo de ellos me transfirieron un monto que ellos se equivocaron y no se reflejaba en el historial me da entender que manipulan los datos y aparte de todo eso usarla en el exterior la peor de la peor experiencia , si no daba se quedaba mi monto retenido.

The worst costumer support
I had no idea how incompetent customer support could be until I started using Meru.
The app itself is actually quite good. It works, and while it occasionally goes down or runs into issues—as any app does—the real problem is the customer support team.
Whenever you have even the smallest issue, you have to wait at least a full day for a response. And when they finally reply, they’re often unhelpful, dismissive, and fail to resolve the problem. I’ve had to open multiple tickets just to address a single issue, assuming it gets resolved at all.
At one point, I even had to repeatedly stalk them through their social media accounts just to get help with a pending refund. In the end, it took almost two months to receive my money back.
What I genuinely don’t understand is how a fintech company that handles people’s money can have customer support this poor. When you’re dealing with financial services, trust and customer support are not optional, they’re essential!

This has been the worst customer service
This has been the worst customer service experience with no resolution at all. I received my payment as usual and initiated a normal withdrawal, but no transaction number was generated and the money was still deducted from my account. I contacted customer support, and they confirmed that I received the funds, yet there is no record of the withdrawal transaction. I have been waiting for 3 days now, and all I keep being told is to wait, with no actual solution provided. This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Tengan mucho cuidado al manipular su dinero con esta cuenta, porque ayer transferí desde mi cuenta bancaria a Meru y luego intenté retirarlo por pago móvil y fue fallida pero retuvieron mis fondos y han pasado más de 12 horas y estos no han sido devueltos y soporte no contesta . Además cobran demasiada comisión por las transacciones
