Really frustrating
I spend 15 or 20 minutes filling out surveys and then the app won’t let me submit them.
Notifications from the app don’t show up (yes I checked my settings). Pictures in their surveys that reference certain areas of a shoe are illegible and can’t be enlarged. When you are typing a message you can’t see what you’ve already typed. When you fill out a survey at regular intervals for a shoe it doesn’t keep track of how many miles were on road/trail/treadmill based on activity logs. Hopefully you have this information written down somewhere else😏
Also all of my messages in the app have been erased, along with the discount codes I had been given from a shoe company.

App stopped working
The app no longer lets you login. I can still login into the website but the app won’t recognize my credentials. In addition, the app is very clunky and not user friendly. The messaging portion of the app needs work

Says needs update… but can’t update
When on the app, it says I need to update and click here. It takes me to the App Store, but the App Store doesn’t have an update.
Good app for the main website though, but can’t use until that bug is fixed.
