Error message
I loved the idea of the app. However I signed up made an account and now I’m getting an error message to confirm my email with a code that was sent but it doesn’t send the email with the code and it doesn’t let me move on or go back. Very frustrating. Hopefully they can get it fixed!

I’ve tried downloading this a few times. The app will show up but never opens.

I love the MESSA app! It’s been awesome to be able to check all of my information, even though I’m a dependent. So easy to access claims, deductible, etc.! Thankful for MyMESSA!

I am very glad to see MESSA (the best healthcare for public employees in Michigan by far) has an app! I have already used it to check my deductible and look up my insurance number to fill out a form.
