Meta Support a Fairytale
My business page got hacked/ phished with full take over of account, adding unauthorised business admin, a new business page ands began running unauthorised ads on my account and then under my associated credit card. Have tried tirelessly for hours and hours, days, then weeks, just go round and round in circles no real help at all! Then finally manage to get through to a real person from support and get a case reported and an actual case number. The support person promises to help and then locks you completely out of your account, even removing your phone and email details from your own account so now I’m worse off as password changed by support and now unable to utilise my
recovery options! My new start up business had only been trading two weeks and is now essentially ruined as it’s been over 5 weeks and nothing is happening as phishers still embedded in my account, and I can’t trust trading on an account that is not secured! Come on Meta! You’ve got to do better than this! Absolutely appalling!

Can not send, respond, react, delete ANYTHING in my messenger and ‘help’ is useless. The AI Assistant just takes me in circles with no solution. Reporting the issues is a useless activity. GIVE ME A REAL PERSON TO TALK TO!!!!!!!!

Nothing works on it. My wife sends me videos and they don’t play or open. This app is turning into trash. Not to mention they snoop on private messages. Literally feels like they are trying to discriminate against Christians and Followers of Christ. Disgusting company.
