Very bad optimization.
Can’t even run smoothly on my iPhone 15 pro max. The typing delays a lot and sometimes the app crashes.
Simplicity Scales Complexity Fails
I always assumed meta was very difficult to use. Turns out… Meta is super simple to use once you take the time to learn how it works. It has helped me grow my business by expanding our exposure as an enterprise.

It’s easy to have the desktop platform in the palm of your hand so I can manage content and my online business when I’m out and about.

I love being able to post to multiple platforms from this site, in addition to see how certain posts are performing and new followers and engagement results. I am able to log into one area and see a multitude of things with the touch of a button and engage with my followers quickly. This is a great platform!

I’ve complained for ages regarding this app. They have changed it so much, it’s not for purpose. You can’t access photo albums from your phone. The title of the albums don’t display when you post them (they used to!). I’ve paid so much money on marketing and had nothing back from it

I am a totally blind Facebook user and Business Suite is no longer 100% accessible. The tabs at the bottom that show what each thing is no longer read, and when you schedule post it no longer shows on the iOS app that’s why it only gets two stars

Appallingly poor app
Considering the size and might of Meta, this app is useless for what it’s supposed to allow you to do: promote a business or charity. False notifications, not being able to post a video with a photo, not having an option to share a photo from Photos into the app, the difficulty of trying to tag another page in a post. It should all be so simple but this app makes it a total pain.

Meta is a total nightmare. Always. This app is constantly problematic. Now no posts can be boosted. Payment is always a problem. Zero customer support from one of the biggest companies in the world - I’m blown away.

I would like to share some feedback about the app’s messaging system.
When I send multiple pictures to a customer, if the customer sends a message while I’m still sending the pictures, some of the pictures I have already selected and saved suddenly disappear. This is really frustrating, especially when I have spent time preparing the pictures for the customer.
For example, sometimes I send a picture and then start typing the price, and suddenly another picture disappears. This makes it very difficult to communicate with customers smoothly.
Another problem is that the keyboard becomes very slow and starts lagging while I’m typing. This is especially inconvenient when I’m trying to reply to customers quickly during business hours.
I also feel that the messaging features need a lot of improvement. This app is used by millions of people around the world, including businesses that depend on it for customer communication. The messaging system should be more stable, reliable, and advanced.
There is also an issue when a customer sends a message in the middle of my conversation. If I’m typing a message and the customer sends another message before I finish, sometimes my typed message disappears and I have to type it all over again. This is very frustrating.
These problems make business communication much more difficult than it should be. I hope the developers will seriously look into these issues and improve the picture-sending system, keyboard performance, message stability, and overall chat experience.
