My face shows definitely an improvement I am excited to show a 3 month picture of improvement!after my first wash with this formula I saw a slight difference I knew if I keep it up and stay consistent it’s going to work just takes time!
weird experience
my main gripe with this company is they don’t really give any flexibility to choose between products. I tried the foundation and overall was pleasantly surprised, although the pump barely worked and the shade was a little off. when I downloaded the app, planning to repurchase the foundation in a different shade, it immediately routed me into a diagnostic quiz for a skincare regimen. I don’t recall what the specific questions were, but it didn’t really give me a chance to verify skin type or any say in which products I was purchasing. I don’t have active acne but do have some scarring, texture and hyperpigmentation. my skin is very dry and sensitive. the order slip I received listed my skin type as “not sensitive”. idk if that’s a failure of the quiz process or a clerical error, but it was strange. they sent me a BHA+retinol product to use twice daily, which seems way too harsh for my skin type (and the pump on this is even worse than the foundation). will give it some time and update the rating if it works for me, but I’m skeptical.
