My face shows definitely an improvement I am excited to show a 3 month picture of improvement!after my first wash with this formula I saw a slight difference I knew if I keep it up and stay consistent it’s going to work just takes time!
weird experience
my main gripe with this company is they don’t really give any flexibility to choose between products. I tried the foundation and overall was pleasantly surprised, although the pump barely worked and the shade was a little off. when I downloaded the app, planning to repurchase the foundation in a different shade, it immediately routed me into a diagnostic quiz for a skincare regimen. I don’t recall what the specific questions were, but it didn’t really give me a chance to verify skin type or any say in which products I was purchasing. I don’t have active acne but do have some scarring, texture and hyperpigmentation. my skin is very dry and sensitive. the order slip I received listed my skin type as “not sensitive”. idk if that’s a failure of the quiz process or a clerical error, but it was strange. they sent me a BHA+retinol product to use twice daily, which seems way too harsh for my skin type (and the pump on this is even worse than the foundation). will give it some time and update the rating if it works for me, but I’m skeptical.

METHODIQ: Worth Every Penny?
Most definitely! I have severe ADHD and the daily check in and reminder to take a photo has kept me in track and compliant with treatment. My it’s only been a week and I have noticed a definite improvement in the smoothness of my skin. During this first week I had a small breakout which is perfectly normal btw not a reason to stop using. Why you might ask? Because treatments are supposed to do this when you start them it means it’s working and it’s purging your skin of the impurities so the break out in the first week is a good thing. I have noticed some burning and redness and my skin has started to peel slightly in those areas. Again… this is a completely normal side effect when you start any treatment. The side effects have been tolerable. Yes I hated the zit that suddenly appeared in my chin but it cleaned up with a quickness and knowing that the product is purging the impurities from my skin made me not so insecure about it. Plus I got free pimple patches in my treatment box which also helped and makes me not feel so insecure. Before using this product my pores looked so huge and I hated being able to see them. Now they are barely noticeable! Black heads esp on my nose and chin have also significantly improved. My skin feels so smooth and I can’t wait to see what my skin looks like long term. What I also like about this program is that a provider looks at your weekly daily photos and analyzes your skin and makes adjustments to your treatment as needed. No treatment I have ever tried has done that. This system is worth every penny.

I had a horrible experience. The app never worked for me. Before I started the subscription because they primed to send me an example and them they were going to charge me monthly installments, but I never got the sample and when si cancelled the subscription they still charged me. They never respond quickly and there is no a phone number where can you can reach out.

Agreed to $5 charge, then they put a hold on full price without explanation. $100 minus just talking to them. Beware of this scam
Great Coverage
Trying out a new foundation because my skin just can’t handle the ones in the store, aging is causing break outs, dryness and I just didn’t like the heaviness of other foundations. This one is light and covers like a full coverage one!
I don’t know if it’s just a coincidence or not but the lid holds the brush up PERFECTLY to air dry/store It doesn’t fall over or anything.

Disappointing
As much as I want to stick with this service because the products really did help my acne, the medical part of it seems phony and not at all responsive to your questions and concerns. Once my acne started worsening, there was no support whatsoever. The subscriptions change without notifying you so you’re stuck with products that don’t work for you. It’s gimmicky with no transparency when you’re actually trying to help your acne. I am starting to think that this company is impersonating medical personnel to claim credibility.

I was excited to receive my order, but unfortunately, my experience has been very frustrating. I never received a confirmation email—only a text message. When I tried to log into the app to check my delivery status, the system wouldn't let me in. I have reached out to customer service but have not received a response. I am deeply concerned that I am being charged for a product I haven't even received, especially since contacting support seems impossible

FIRST - I selected makeup, and then the makeup didn't match me, tried to return it and it subscribed me for skin care AND makeup and showed no way to return or get my money back for the wrong color makeup!!

App is a joke
I got my package a week ago and the app still won’t let me log in. Yeah I can do the online but it doesn’t have the tracking feature I wanted to use. I have contacted the support email and they had no fixes. If it doesn’t work in the next week I am forced to return the products. The app is half of this service and I would like it to be tracked to see if the products do infact work for me and we can’t even get to that point.
