Everything you click on is just a link to different websites. It’s not really an app at all just a collection of links. Inconvenient.

The app isn’t user friendly at all. I wish it was like MyChart.
Don’t install this new one
This new iPhone app stinks. It no longer connects or uploads to Apple iPhone ios. The old version works fine on my iPad.
Also, the new one is just a giant advertisement. I simply want my medical info and for NE Methodist Hosp info to upload correctly. Did you even test this before rolling it out?!
