Completely incompetent. Once saw a bus with a plant growing out of it. App is also a nightmare to use. Would give it a zero if I could, just absolutely shameful.

Waste of Government funding! Always late and never communicate with buses ( Same Metlink buses !)that passengers are in a hurry to ride next based on the Train schedule. It is a nuisance rather than helpful. 3rd world country level of service.
