Completely incompetent. Once saw a bus with a plant growing out of it. App is also a nightmare to use. Would give it a zero if I could, just absolutely shameful.

Waste of Government funding! Always late and never communicate with buses ( Same Metlink buses !)that passengers are in a hurry to ride next based on the Train schedule. It is a nuisance rather than helpful. 3rd world country level of service.

newest update (17/4/25) made UI harder to use, added more bugs, removed my saved favourites, and added full screen ADs. only two stars because it’s technically functional.
Can’t Login in
The updated app doesn’t recognise my login details? I can’t login and use the app properly? It now has adverts as well why?
Fix the app
So I was waiting At my stop and I wanted to catch my buss I was wondering where it is so I checked the app it wasint there so I had to catch another buss but then my friend texted me saying it was on the schedule so I panicked and catched it only just fix the app
Unreliable
If the bus is early, update the times faster. Why am I missing a bus that was supposed to be 13mins away.
Utter garbage
Trash. Pathetic. LOL of the century. NO MATTER WHAT always catch the bus before the one the app says, you'll be 3mins early but better than 30mins late.... one journey plan it said walk 12mins catch bus. Thought that was a quick walk, double checked against google maps, google said 26min walk. What the actual flip. Seriously. Garbage. Use 1 Buss WGTN app instead

Terrible functionality and poor user experience
Still the worst app after many years
App crashes and UI glitches are prominent 99% of the time you use this app for more than a minute. I don’t know if someone is ever going to fix it.
Buggy…
Very hard to use. Even harder to use than previous versions. I got stuck in the bus route interface and couldn’t get out at all…..

App has a bunch of usability issues, unable to minimize the some areas. Navigation is awful.
Very irritating to use.
As others have mentioned the app was broken in an update meaning that you can no longer reliably minimise a buses journey/trip details once opened. Usually it requires a complete close of the app. It used to be fine. The fact it has been left this way for months is mind boggling.

Unusable since last update
I’m unusable to swipe down anymore to view live tracking. The Departures screen gets stuck to the top, and I can’t swipe it back down. Happened since the last update, making the app pretty unusable now. Please fix.

Why on earth you guys use this many buggy modals in 2024 is beyond me.
As of November 2024 this app is legitamately unusable on ios and requires multiple restarts everytime you use it if you get a badly placed modal popup.
