Needs lot of work
Application for PCC “on hold” for needed documents. It doesn’t tell you which ones. Called Hukoomi, was informed. Uploading restricted to 500kb, look for shrinking app/site, charging cheapest 10 to 95 cents usd to convert per image. Size limit set too small for today’s needs. I uploaded one of the requested docs and the system says “application successful.” No way to upload more, only for them to come back a few days later and ask for the rest of the documents, who knows how long this process will drag on. Quite frustrating.

Only 1 year residency renewal option
I don’t why on its own for some it shows 1 year renewal and others it shows 2 and 3

للأسف حتى مطراش الجديد ياخذ مرات الفلوس وما تم المعامله وتقعد تنتظر ارجاع المبلغ ١٤ يوم ومرات شهر وهذا مش ذنب العميل
App crashes on payment
Whenever you try to make a payment , the app crashes . Reinstalled , tried different cards and via different networks but still issue persist . The charges are higher when paying at the service counter but cheaper at the app only if it works

Everything is complicated in new app compared to old app . And performance also very bad . Total failure
Passport Autoscan
Looks like passport auto scan is not working properly in visit visa application. I tried multiple times with clear picture.
Seems like its validating for Surname, but my passport doesnot have any surname. Please fix or give alternatives. This is blocking us from further processes.

يعلق كثير. معظم الاحيان، وقت الدفع يعلق. لم يتم اضافة بحث برقم قاعدة في خدمات المرور مثل مطراش ٢.

I have been trying to open the app since v1.0, but it says that the phone security doesn’t meet the minimum requirements. This implies that the phone is unlocked or jailbroken, but it’s not! METRASH2 and other sensitive apps work fine on this same device. Please fix this issue.
