I've only used this app for 20 days and I've lost 5 pounds so far. Of course, you have to be ready and dedicated as the app cannot make you change your lifestyle. However, I felt compelled to track my calories with MetricSync. It has been the most simple macro and insulin (diabetic mode) tracking app I have used. I can customize my own meals and macros. Their reminders are helpful as well. It is also encouraging to see that they keep track of your own tracking as a streak. This has been the most effective app for me during my weight loss and I'd definitely recommend it to those who are ready to make lifestyle changes and stay consistent!

App is busted
Comes up with a personalized plan then if you close the app the plan is gone and deletes all the information you put in EVERYTIME. If you put in a support ticket it comes back as address not found.
