Feel so bad.
The app is very inconvenient to use. I can’t reach customer service, and there’s no Q&A or help section, so when I get stuck, there’s no way to resolve my issues. I also can’t view scanned images of deposited or paid checks to confirm that they were processed correctly, which makes it hard to trust the system. I never had any of these problems with the First Ic Bank app. Is there any way I can go back to using the First Ic Bank app instead?
