App is set up in a way to prevent you from making payments on time they also delay the over the phone payments to force late payments, doing my best to transfer this loan to a new company.

Make sure you get the app because their safari website has known issues that they don’t tell you about until you are late on your payments.
Outrageous fees
Totally outrageous fees!! Calling support wasn’t any help!! Tried to close out my account multiple times!! Support refused to close it!! Worst Bank EVER!! Do Not Recommend!!
Easy to use
This app is very easy to use. I know this review is about the app but I wanted to mention that twice I have tried to get a car loan from Metro. I paid off both my cars through another bank.
