It literally could take you anywhere in Minneapolis
Not a good app sometimes
The app is a good app but Tdy it wouldn’t let me book and when I did it kept telling me to walk or take a city bus ima in the 7th grade I don’t know how to take a city bus and ik there’s micro buses around here it js won’t let me get on I have to go to school that’s also the reason why I use the metro micro app

Fix asap
I see buses sitting around and when I make my micro stop it gives me someone that is 18 minutes away. It makes no sense that I’m waiting 18 minutes when there are buses near, but they don’t catch !
Lazy drivers
Drivers habitually sleep in terror vehicles while you wait for a pickup. I had to cancel several rides because vehicle was shown sitting in a parking lot of a gas station or supermarket WAY past promised pickup time. Despicable!

Decent app but logs out often
I think this app has a lot of promise! It feels like you’re ordering an uber and you can see the vehicle and its route in live time. My only complaint is that I feel like it logs you out automatically after 30 minutes, so you have to reenter a code frequently.
App doesn’t work
App isn’t working and I have to go to the website to actually use the service. Fix this asap

EDIT: I thought this was the new Metro Micro app and gave it a one star but this is from Minnesota! No wonder it wasn’t working for me! I apologize!
Horrible, preferred the old app
For whatever reasons the app doesn’t let me book rides at all but it does on the website. Such a horrible user experience and it makes it much harder to get my rides. App is such an inconvenience, just order rides through the website until they fix it.

Horrible, wouldn’t allow me to book anything
NOT WORKING
The app is horrible. Is won’t let me choose my own time and keeps changing it for me which is crazy for a ride booking app. And no matter what time I put it say no rides available like how is that possible bro. Also is mostly suburbs now and is 3.25 during rush hours…like…that’s suspicious that’s weird…what’s up with that America?

Love the service they provide but this new app is so bad it thinks I livid in a totally different state and won’t allow me to book any rides

Although it is mostly in suburbs for now, still a very great service! Hope you will expand to St. Paul.
