Doesn’t work
Keeps kicking me out and can’t use domain , have to keep installing and reinstalling.. even with the new update it’s not working

I’m struggling to get this app to work. Can’t seem to get past putting the domain name in. My colleagues have had no issues. Deleted several times and reinstalled, no matter how many times I put in the required info, it’s not accepting.
Cannot use
Cannot get onto use the app, because I use to use this app in my previous job, and now my job job uses this it won’t let me use it at all. How can this be fixed????
Not working anymore
This app used to work but now just says “sorry could not load data please log out and log in again “ which I’ve done so many times with no effect

App is showing the dates i have clocked in however its not showing the times i clocked in and out.

No internet connection
This app decides when it wants to work. When I have full and good internet connection, it can often say no connection or cannot find server and when you retry to connect it seems like it’s frozen as nothing happens. There’s also been occasions where I’ve discovered I’ve been clocked out by the app when I’ve gone to clock out as it’s asking me to clock in, and then hours later it’s found connection and I’m still clocked in 12 hours later. Sometimes I’ve been able to able to clock in but not clock out. In theory it seems good but thankfully there’s a sign in sheet at work incase the app doesn’t work- nobody seems to be able to clock in properly with this app and we all sign in and out regardless of whether the app is working. This needs a lot of improvement

Awfully slow
The app works. But it is awfully slow. Clocking in and out at the start and end of your shift is really really REALLY slow. Its ridiculous. Please fix this.

Won’t open
This app does not work. Extremely stressful app that needs looking at. I have to uninstall and reinstall whenever I want to use the app once, as closing and re opening causing the app to fail to boot. Poor coding
Help please
I have downloaded this app for my work I type in my domain and then it comes up with my domain but it has a authenticating loading screen and I can’t do anything. Any suggestions ?
