Right in the middle of a workout your app kept telling me to update. No update was available but I couldn’t finish my workout. Horrible!

GPS sucks
Clearly no one is keeping up with this app. GPS speeds are awful. The voice talks way too much. Wish I could get my money back

i use this App for Aerobic Capacity workouts! Love this app! Really saves me time and effort findind a workout, taking pace and taking recovery times!
Most comprehensive fitness app
This app combines the best features of most fitness app into one experience. I use it for my Ironman training (via GPS zone guidance) as well as for my strength training.
So far it’s been great
App is easy to use and I really like the voice prompts while running and the program seems great as I’m just getting going.
Good Programs, but literally ZERO SUPPORT
Love Chris and the programs I’ve seen in the app are great. But you better not have any questions about the programming or issues with the app because you will get radio silence.
I have emailed twice, sent the same question twice through the app as they recommend & summited the question via technical support route. Not a single response or acknowledgment they even are seeing my inquiries. There are no other options available to reach out to someone. Poor customer experience.

App crashes
The app crashes a ton, usually at close to end of workout and I lose everything. Have to start over. Haven’t had a workout save successfully yet
Last Update Crashes Workouts
The latest update (which was announced with an in app notification) has started making the app crash in the middle of workouts. The worst part is the workout progress isn’t saved! This is very frustrating, as I’m not able to use the program I paid for.

Second, we do not have any control over the price of the program, however, we do help handle any problems and disputes between you and the coaches. Great running training app!
I appreciate the personalized programming and GPS based pacing while running.
Ability to focus on execution
This app has been great for me! It has enabled me to focus more on the running and be present in the moment rather than having to put together a program and think about the next run, pace or effort. I hit start and follow the prompts with the in-run guidance it is helping me dial in my pace and personalized effort.

My timed runs have improved. I was able to hit my pi mile run in under a week and my strength has improved drastically. I’d recommend this app.

Great running app!
I’m a beginner runner, and I’ve found this app incredibly helpful! The GPS, pace tracker, structured and individualized programming, and voice guidance take away all the guessing games, pre-planning, and constant phone checking that I found annoying about trying to run on my own prior to discovering this app. The programming seems great so far - I’m pushed out of my comfort zone just enough to progress, but never so much that I don’t feel victorious after each run. Would definitely recommend this app!

Great App
The only thing I wish I could do is control my workouts from my Apple Watch... if you add an Apple Watch app this will take your platform to the next level. Great job so far!
Coaching
Metron has allowed me to personalize my ebooks/trainers into an online offering that rivals me being in the gym picking the weights for my clients. It keeps me organized and allows me to objectively look at my clients and monitor my own training. In app messaging is key, and I have used all 3 coaching functions with success. 1 on 1 Online Training, Subscription Services Encompassing all my digital trainers, and Date Specific Challenge or Calendar Coaching. I have 16 plans in Metron and will be adding more.
