there’s a bug and i cannot use the other country’s vpn except thailand.
Bad connection
For the first few seconds it works, then it gets interrupted every few seconds and the connection is awful. Regret paying for VIP.

cannot choose which country to connect only first 3 days ok but after you paid the subscription you will suffer waiting for the connection always failed!will not able to choose which country cause it always failed!!!!waste of purchase..even their ‘fastest conection always fails to connect! no answer from the customers service too!!! so BAD!!!!!

Very disappointed
Always Log I used 1yr plan it’s still same very useless I have tried other VPN and this VPN was too disappointing .hopefully they can improve this time .

The appstore and their support declined my refund 12x, Your support approved it but they said I should contact appstore, I contacted them A MILLION TIMES but they dont want to give me one. Now your company wont directly issue me a refund. Scammers
