Dificuldade de acesso

App volta a todo momento para tela inicial, não sendo possivel acessar nem para ver o cartão do sus. O que veio para facilitar só dificulta.

Já tem meses que tento entrar no aplicativo e ele está em erro ou simplesmente pede os dados e na hora de gerar o código de acesso, ele simplesmente reinicia todo o processo.
